(More customer reviews)Product works.. When I recieved it the box was trashed and I was missing hooks.. Had to purchase new hooks to make it work.. I already did a review on this item and sent photos etc... Was disappointed in the packageing and having to spend more money to get parts. Probably won't order big items like this again.. I got no reply on what I sent in with photos and am a bit disappointed over that as well.. I shouldnt of had to purchase more items after the money I had already spent on a new item..
