I was disappointed when I opened the box and the chair was unfinished. I ordered the natural set but assumed based on the description that it had some sort of finish. I have requested a return and hope to hear from the seller shortly. I still would like to own the set but am disappointed that I need to go through a return/exchange process. There should be a note in the description that says the natural set is unfinished and does not include a weather resistant finish.
