(More customer reviews)I bought the large pet bed because my cat kept peeing on the cedar-filled beds I had purchased to-date, and it's impossible to clean the innards on that style of bed. This new cushion is fully machine washable, and definatley fits in my machine. My biggest complaint is that for $60+ I would really have liked to find a bed that actually fits my dog. Yes, he is a big dog, but even the large mattress is no match for his 130 pounds.
Now, I will say that he sleeps on the cushion every night, but he doesn't look very comfortable curled up so awkwardly. If you don't need a bed that's fully machine washable, save yourself some funds and pick up a large dog bed from Costco for $20. They're much bigger.
