(More customer reviews)when the chair stand arrived, it was not the color that was advertised and we had wanted, and for several days i was distressed as i got no reply from the company, when trying to electronically contact them as instructed. Amazon was going to arrange the return, but i eventually found the supplying company's phone number through Google, and once i got to talk to actual people there, they were most helpful and accommodating. in the end, we are pleased with the chair stand we received and would order through them again.
