The Sport Force Kneeler / Seat Pad is a generous size for any kneeling / sitting application. You can move your knees around to find the position that is most comfortable for you. These were originally developed for CPR training for American Heart Association workshops. The hybrid series of kneelers is extra tough for rocky uneven surfaces.They also make a great bleacher seat. It insulates you from hot and cold. They are lightweight and easy to carry and store.
