(More customer reviews)We like this set a lot. The furniture is of great quality (not this thin and unstable wood that you can get at Wal-Mart for example). It looks wonderful, especially after it has been oiled. We had just a few minor issues (e.g. a wiggeling chair because one leg was too short) but after I was finally able to figure out how to contact their customer service, they were very responsive sending quickly a new element (and giving a partial refund for a mismatched wood piece on the also purchased wooden bench, which avoided the need to dismantle the bench that I had already put together). Overall, highly recommended piece of deck furniture. Being a (European) fan of wooden deck furniture as much more natural and more appealing than metal furniture, I don't mind the need to treat the furniture after the winter. If you cover it during outside storage - even during the harsh and snowy winter in Upstate NY - oiling it is sufficient.
