(More customer reviews)The bag that held the hardware broke open in both the love seat and chair boxes. This meant that I had to crawl into the box to retrieve everything. Then, to add insult to injury, there were pieces missing. I ended up making to trips to the hardware store for replacement parts.
The instructions were not terribly clear, but I managed.
Took me about 4 hours (working alone) to put the entire set together.
