When I complained to Amazon, I was told "... the vendor and he says that these are not rust proof and the salt in the air in Florida will cause this. This is normal for outdoor non-stainless steel lighting..." HAH! I am 75 miles inland, and this trash is advertised as "weather resistant", and "outdoor" lamps.
Their solution was for me to paint the lamps.
